Changing Her World
Last Thursday's meeting was packed with guests and a few visiting Rotarians. Harry Miller, current chairman of Gift of Life, with his wife Joan, and current Treasurer, Bob Nathen, brought the organization's most recent recipient, Ryanna, to lunch. With her mother, Myra, Ryanna traveled from Kosovo for her procedure. In perfect English. Ryanna thanked the club for our support and told us that while only two weeks out from her surgery, she had already walked further than she had ever before.
