On summer Saturday mornings, Sayville Rotarians join with volunteer members of the Sayville Yacht Club, to clean, count and lower oysters back into the water to continue growing for the summer. In Fall, with the help of the Cornell Cooperative scientists, the mature oysters are added to the Great South Bay to help naturally clean the water! This is our third year supporting this valuable project.
