One goal of Rotary District 7255's Governor, Tom Crowley, is to help create awareness regarding Mental Health and specifically to destigmatize speaking about Mental Health Issues. Sayville Rotary invited Mental Health Counselors Erica Lucks and Chris Cannizzaro, both therapists at Suffolk Counseling Services here in Sayville, to speak about their comprehensive services.
Their services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions. Erica also works with veterans who are faced with an array of "psychosocial" issues. Chris has experience serving the student athlete providing mental health and mental performance services, a growing area of concern since the pandemic.
