About Our Sayville Club
Documents, photos and other ephemera relating to the Club have been screened, organized, and are stored in our own locked filing cabinet in the Sayville Library. The collection includes the original Charter; The Bivalve (complete for most years from 1937); Board of Directors and Meeting minutes; Paul Harris Awards; financial documents; membership lists; photos, clippings, event tickets and programs; and journals. Some of these make very interesting reading. If you have related materials that may be added to the Archives, please contact our club archivest. Sayville Rotary Club Members may access the Archives by contacting the Reference Librarian at the Library. However, please do not remove any items from the library premises.
